This is by far the best company we have ever rented a car from! During and before our rental, they were always ready to answer our many questions and helped us very patiently to go through the tedious process of entering Brunei with their car. Their price for the car we originally booked was the best we got after contacting several agencies in KK. After booking, they offered us a free upgrade on our car, giving us a pick-up instead of a sedan, thereby making the price just inconceivably great. The car was also in excellent condition. If you want to rent a car in KK, we highly recommend their services! ~ Heidi B

We had a wonderful 3D2N trip in KK. Hassan indeed a good driver, friendly person & knowledgeable too in his expertise. 1. Friendly - Hassan able to communicate well & entertained us during the road trip. 2. Knowledgeable - Hassan knows all the in & out when explain each of the places to us. 3. Good driver - Hassan is patience & navigate well to each location. We had a wonderful trip with him. We had two tours (Sepilok Orangutan & Sunbears and Fireflies Mangfrove River Cruise with Dinner) organised through the guys at Milas and in both cases the communication was excellent, timings issued with detail and accuracy, the drivers / guides were highly knowledgeable and experienced and made the various itineraries run smoothly. Milas were very responsive to requests and small changes and all in all it's a highly professional service which delivers customer service effectively and with a smile. Highly recommend! ~ Anne S

Last week my wife & I were picked up at 4am for a long drive from KK to Tenom to catch the train to Padas River for white water rafting. Our driver Ejul was on time (early), efficient, very friendly, knowledgable & personable, could not be better! Milas had arranged for Riverbugs to do the rafting trip - just for the 2 of us - & they did an excellent job including providing a really nice lunch. A great experience all round in spite of over 5 hours of driving by Ejul, highly recommended travel outfit :-)) ~ Mark B

The best service we had since the owner himself offered himself to entertain our group for the island hopping trip. He guided us with a lot of things from package consultation until the day of the trip and helped us with what we didn't expect that he would do to our group and he gave us extra miles for the whole trip we spent. We thanked him for the great service even he recommended to us a day after the trip to try a delicious traditional meal for us to feel more of the sabah's culture. ~ F J

We booked the 7D6N tour of Sabah with a family of four and it was superb. The price included all meals, accommodation and attractions. Each place that we stayed was of a very good standard. We had a guide and a driver for the entire week and they were extremely attentive and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip! ~ Chris J

Maaf review ini dibuat lambat. Saya pergi Sabah bulan Julai tahun 2023. Di KK dan Kundasang, saya menggunakan khidmat TA MILAS Travel. Sebelum sampai di KK, saya bercuti di Semporna terlebih dahulu menggunakan TA Blue Star Travel. Apa yang saya boleh katakan, saya beri 5 bintang untuk MILAS Travel dan -5 bintang untuk Blue Star. Sebaiknya jika ingin ke Sabah, ambil TA yang memang based di Sabah jadi mereka sendiri yang akan handle kita instead of hanya wakilkan orang bagi pihak TA tersebut. MILAS terlalu bagus, on time, driver baik, sikit pun tak pressure walaupun masa dah lambat. Sampai ke bulan January 2025 ni orang tanya berkenaan percutian saya di Sabah, saya akan recommend MILAS. Habe die 1d 1n Tour zur Turtle Island für eine Person gebucht. Da auf der Website nur ab zwei Personen angeboten wird, habe ich mich mit der Agentur in Kontakt gesetzt. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Mit einem kleinen Aufpreis konnte ich dann die Tour für eine Person buchen. Der Aufenthalt auf Turtle Island ist auf jeden fall seinen Preis wert. Die Unterkunft war sauber und die Mahlzeiten waren inbegriffen. Da die Anzahl Buchungen beschränkt ist, geniesst man vor Ort sehr viel Freiraum. Man hat Zeit zum Baden, Schnorcheln und entdecken der Insel. Abends konnten wir dann tatsächlich eine Schildkröte bei der Eiablage beobachten sowie frisch geschlüpfte Jungtiere bei ihrem Gang ins Meer begleiten. Alles wurde sehr gut erklärt und begleitet. Vielen Dank an das Team, ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen! ~ Flavia N

Sapi島、Manukan島のアイランドホッピング・シュノーケルで利用しました。（予約サイトを通じて日本人２名での利用）前日夜に担当の方から連絡があり、当日の集合時間8:45とボートの時間9:00であることが伝えられました。当日は朝から大雨だったため、8:00頃に確認の連絡を入れたところ9:00まで様子を見てツアーの決行判断をするという連絡を受けました。最終的には雨が上がり、9:30集合10:00頃の出港となりました。天候による予定変更はありましたが、対応は丁寧でありがたかったです！島への移動や島に着いてからの説明もとても丁寧にしていただきました。シュノーケルセットやライフジャケットもきれいでした！一緒に来た別のグループが追加で申し込みをしていたアクティビティの時間の関係で、島間移動の時間を遅らせるなどツアー途中での変更もありましたが、しっかりと変更の理由や変更内容の説明をしてくださったので、全く悪い気はしませんでした。基本のやり取りは英語ですが、わかりやすく話してくださいますし、島は電波も通じたので、翻訳アプリなどを使用してコミュニケーションを取ることもできると思います！ ~ Annie
